Napoleon Dynamite

Made with brandy and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozPear brandy
10 ml / 1/4 ozElderflower liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozPineapple juice
1 gDill
5 ml / 1/4 ozWhite wine vinegar
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour pineapple juice and elderflower liqueur into a shaker.
  2. Add pear brandy and white wine vinegar.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with dill.
