Banana Alexander

Made with brandy and liqueur.

45 ml / 1.5 ozBrandy
30 ml / 1 ozHeavy cream, half-and-half or whole milk works
30 ml / 1 ozCreme de Banane, Giffard
1Orange peel, as garnish
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Add brandy, heavy cream, and creme de banane to a shaker.
  2. Shake well, then double strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with orange peel and a pinch of nutmeg.
