Mambo Italiano

Made with liqueur and Cynar, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozMelon liqueur, Midori
20 ml / 0.67 ozCynar
15 ml / 0.5 ozOrange juice
2T balsamic vinegar
1 splashLemon juice
5basil, plus one for garnish

Method

  1. Lightly crush basil in shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with basil leaf.
