Made with rum, liqueur and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozLight rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozApricot liqueur, Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup (or less), to taste)
2 dashesPeach bitters, Fee Brothers Peach

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
