Planter's Punch (Dale Degroff)

Made with rum, Curaçao and bitters.

20 ml / 0.75 ozJamaican rum, Myers's Dark
20 ml / 0.75 ozLight rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrange Curacao
15 ml / 0.5 ozFalernum, Velvet Falernum
30 ml / 1 ozsimple syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozOrange juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
1 dashGrenadine
1 dashBitters, Angostura

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with orange and pineapple slices, and a maraschino cherry.
