Parasol (Mustipher)

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a coupe.

60 ml / 2 ozLight rum
20 ml / 0.75 ozLime juice, fresh
20 ml / 0.75 ozCreme de Banane
15 ml / 0.5 ozPineapple juice

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
  2. Shake well to chill.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish as desired.
