Pennington Daiquiri

Made with rum, brandy and bitters, served in a coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozMartinique rum, Rhum JM Blanc
20 ml / 0.75 ozBrandy, Bertoux
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozSuze
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup, 3:1
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup
1 wedgeLime, As garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
