Piña Colada (Beer)

Made with stout and rum, served in a collins glass.

60 ml / 2 ozStout, Left Hand Milk Stout
20 ml / 0.75 ozcoconut cream, 3 parts Coco Lopez : 1 part coconut milk
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozDemerara rum, El Dorado 5
15 ml / 0.5 ozJamaican rum, Smith & Cross
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake stout, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and rums with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over a long ice shard.
  3. Garnish with a slapped mint sprig and serve with a straw.
