The Road To Tipperary:

Made with Irish whiskey, stout and Peychaud's Bitters.

30 ml / 1 ozberry, Mixed
60 ml / 2 ozIrish whiskey, Powers
15 ml / 0.5 ozrich demerara syrup 2:1
2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
2 dashesBitters, Fee Brothers
60 ml / 2 ozStout, Guinness stout (as float)

Method

  1. Muddle berries in a pint glass and add all ingredients except Guinness.
  2. Shake with 2 kold draft cubes and strain into a pilsner glass.
  3. Add crushed ice, swizzle briefly, add more crushed ice, and top with Guinness.
