60 ml / 2 ozIrish whiskey
30 ml / 1 ozAromatised wine, Lillet Blanc
1Triple sec, Cointreau
2 dashesOrange bitters
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Add Irish whiskey, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir until the drink is cold.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.
