Made with Irish whiskey, vermouth and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

65 ml / 2.25 ozIrish whiskey, Redbreast
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth
15 ml / 0.5 ozparfait amour
1T absinthe, Pernod
2 dashesOrange bitters
1Lemon peel, expressed and discarded

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Express lemon peel over drink and discard.
