The Kilbeggan Secret Sour

Made with Irish whiskey, vermouth and bitters, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozIrish whiskey, Kilbeggan
20 ml / 0.75 ozDry vermouth
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrapefruit juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup, 1:1
1 dashOrange bitters
45 ml / 1.5 ozSoda water
1Lemon peel, as garnish; 2-3

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except soda water and garnish with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon peel.
