Irish Strudel

Made with Irish whiskey, served in a mug.

60 ml / 2 ozIrish whiskey
20 ml / 3/4 ozYellow apple syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozVanilla syrup
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozApple juice
20 gApple
1 gClove
5 gCinnamon sticks
1Lemon zest

Method

  1. Place apple slice in a pitcher.
  2. Add lemon zest, clove, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Pour in apple juice, apple syrup, vanilla syrup, and Irish whiskey.
  4. Heat while stirring, but do not bring to a boil.
  5. Transfer to a teapot.
  6. Serve on a stand with a candle to keep warm.
