Made with Irish whiskey, sherry and bitters.

45 ml / 1.5 ozIrish whiskey, Knappogue Castle 12 Year
20 ml / 0.75 ozOloroso sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozGinger syrup
1Orange marmalade, orange-ginger marmalade
3 dashesBitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab's Orinoco Bitters (3-4 dashes)
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
