The Dead Rabbit Coffee Cocktail

Made with Irish cream, Port wine and Irish whiskey.

30 ml / 1 ozIrish Cream, Brady's
30 ml / 1 ozPort, Graham's Late Bottled Vintage
30 ml / 1 ozIrish whiskey, Clontarf
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
1Whole egg
2 dashesBitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab's Orinoco Bitters
1 pinchNutmeg, as garnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except nutmeg.
  2. Shake again, strain into a wine goblet.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
