Raffaello

Made with Irish cream and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozIrish cream
15 ml / 1/2 ozCoconut liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozVanilla syrup
5 gCoconut flakes
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim a shot glass with coconut flakes.
  2. Pour vanilla syrup, coconut liqueur, and Irish cream into a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into the prepared shot glass.
