Irish Cream On the Rocks

Made with Irish cream, served in a rocks glass.

100 ml / 3 1/2 ozIrish cream
6 gBlackberry
5 gBlueberry
20 gStrawberry
5 gLemongrass
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 100 ml of Irish cream.
  3. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk on a skewer, strawberry pieces, blueberries and blackberries.
