Hiroshima

Made with Sambuca, absinthe and Irish cream, served in a shot glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozClassic sambuca
20 ml / 3/4 ozAbsinthe
10 ml / 1/4 ozIrish cream
5 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine

Method

  1. Pour 20 ml of classic sambuca into a shot glass.
  2. Using a cocktail spoon, layer 10 ml of Irish cream and 20 ml of absinthe.
  3. Carefully pour 5 drops of grenadine through a straw.

About the Hiroshima

This is a creamy, herbal, and sweet shot cocktail made with absinthe and sambuca. It has a strong alcoholic character with layered flavors.
