Made with rum, Sambuca and liqueur, served in a hurricane glass.

10 ml / 1/4 ozClassic sambuca
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGold rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozEgg liqueur
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozPineapple juice
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozOrange juice
1Rose petals
15 gCherry jam
200 gIce cubes
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill a Hurricane glass with crushed ice to the top.
  2. Add 15g of cherry jam to a shaker.
  3. Pour in 40ml orange juice, 40ml pineapple juice, 10ml egg liqueur, 10ml sambuca, and 40ml gold rum.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Strain into the Hurricane glass.
  6. Garnish with a rose petal.
