Surprise

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

30 ml / 1 ozWhite rum
10 ml / 1/4 ozBlackcurrant liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozBlueberry liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSprite
15 gBlueberry
5 gRosemary
200 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Muddle blueberries in shaker.
  3. Add lime juice, blackcurrant liqueur, blueberry liqueur, and white rum to shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain mixture into highball glass.
  6. Top with Sprite and stir gently.
  7. Add more crushed ice.
  8. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
