Exotic Grog

Made with rum, served in a irish coffee glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozWhite rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozCoconut syrup
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozBlack tea
10 gKiwi
40 gLemon
40 gOrange
20 gApple
1 gGround cinnamon
1 gBlack pepper ground
2 gClove

Method

  1. Place diced orange, lemon, and apple in the Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add 2 cloves, a pinch of ground cinnamon and black pepper.
  3. Pour in 15 ml passion fruit syrup, 15 ml coconut syrup, and 40 ml white rum.
  4. Fill with hot black tea and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
