Mojito Shakerato

Made with rum, Prosecco and Angostura bitters, served in a shot glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozProsecco
1 mlAngostura bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
3 gMint
5 gCane sugar
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a shot glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add mint leaves and cane sugar to the shaker.
  3. Pour in egg white, lime juice, sugar syrup, white rum, and Angostura bitters.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.
  5. Strain into the shot glass and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve with a prosecco chaser.
