Method
- Heat 150 ml of cherry juice in a pitcher.
- Muddle 15 g of pomegranate seeds in a mixing glass.
- Add 1 g of black tea and 1 ml of Angostura bitters.
- Pour in 30 ml of spiced rum and hot cherry juice, stir gently.
- Strain into an Irish coffee glass.
- Garnish with a slice of green apple and berries on a skewer.
