Romantic Daiquiri

Made with rum and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozSpiced rum
1 mlPeach bitters
20 ml / 3/4 ozPistachio syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
60 gPineapple
100 gRahat-lukum
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle two pieces of pineapple in a shaker.
  2. Add 15 ml lime juice, 20 ml pistachio syrup, and 60 ml spiced rum.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Spray peach bitters over the drink.
  6. Serve with rahat-lukum.
