Blackwood

Made with rum, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozCinnamon syrup
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozOrange juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
5 ml / 1/4 ozBalsamic glaze
1Orange zest
80 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with crushed ice.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Shake and strain into the wine glass.
  4. Add more crushed ice and garnish with orange zest.
