Lotus Cocktail

Made with rum, sake and Curaçao, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
20 ml / 3/4 ozSake
5 ml / 1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
2 mlBergamot bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add honey and lime juice to the shaker.
  2. Add bergamot bitters, sake, and white rum.
  3. Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a lotus leaf and a teaspoon of blue curaçao liqueur.
