Method
- Place an ice cube in a wine glass.
- Add pineapple juice, lime juice, apricot liqueur and gentian to a shaker.
- Add banana liqueur, yuzu liqueur and white rum to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into the wine glass.
- Garnish with ground nutmeg.
