Made with Maraschino and rum, served in a shot glass.

10 ml / 1/4 ozOverproof rum
15 ml / 1/2 ozMaraschino liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice

Method

  1. Pour 15 ml of passion fruit syrup into a shot glass.
  2. Layer 15 ml of maraschino liqueur, 10 ml of lime juice, and 10 ml of overproof rum using a cocktail spoon.
