Jaded Gin Daiquiri

Made with gin, Maraschino and Fernet-Branca, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin
45 ml / 1.5 ozGrapefruit juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozMaraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
20 ml / 0.75 ozFernet-Branca

Method

  1. Combine gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and Luxardo maraschino in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a double rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with Fernet-Branca.
