Made with gin, liqueur and Curaçao, served in a coupe.

45 ml / 1.5 ozGin, Beefeater
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
2 dropsOrange flower water
5 ml / 0.25 ozCrème de violette
1 barspoonBlue Curacao, as float

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, and crème de violette with ice.
  2. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Float blue curacao on top to create a layered effect.
