Martinez (Jerry Thomas)

Made with vermouth, gin and Maraschino.

60 ml / 2 ozSweet vermouth
30 ml / 1 ozOld Tom gin
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaraschino Liqueur
1 dashBitters
0.25Lemon, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir well with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
