Made with cognac, vermouth and Pommeau, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCognac
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth, Cinzano
20 ml / 0.75 ozPommeau de Normandie
2 dashesPeach bitters
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1Orange peel, flamed

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Express and flame an orange peel over the drink.
