Sprezzatura Royale

Made with wine, amaro and cognac, served in a champagne flute.

30 ml / 1 ozAmaro Nonino
15 ml / 0.5 ozCognac, Pierre Ferrand 1840
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup, 2:1
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
45 ml / 1.5 ozLambrusco, or sparkling rose wine

Method

  1. Shake amaro, cognac, honey syrup, and lemon with ice.
  2. Strain into champagne flute.
  3. Top with lambrusco.
