Czech Mulled Wine

Made with wine and Becherovka, served in a irish coffee glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozBecherovka
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozDry red wine
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
30 ml / 1 ozHoney
5 gCinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Pour lime juice, honey, dry red wine and Becherovka into a pitcher.
  2. Heat while stirring, without bringing to a boil.
  3. Pour into an Irish coffee glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
