A Monkey In Winter

Made with Scotch whisky, wine and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozScotch, Monkey Shoulder
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmaro Montenegro
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozCreme de Cacao, Tempus Fugit
5 ml / 0.25 ozMaple syrup
1 barspoonAllspice dram, St. Elizabeth
60 ml / 2 ozGinger beer

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently to incorporate.
