Equinox Cocktail

Name: Equinox Cocktail
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients: 1 oz (30 ml) Blended Scotch; 1 oz (30 ml) Cachaca aged; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Passion fruit syrup; 2 dashes Bitters Boker's; 1 Orange peel expressed and inserted

Made with Scotch whisky, cachaça and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients for one drink
	30 ml / 1 oz	Blended Scotch
	30 ml / 1 oz	Cachaca, aged
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Passion fruit syrup
	2 dashes	Bitters, Boker's
	1	Orange peel, expressed and inserted

Method

Stir all ingredients except orange peel with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Express orange peel and insert into drink.
