Caustic Negroni

Made with Scotch whisky, vermouth and amaro, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozScotch, Laphroaig 10
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmaro, Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro
15 ml / 0.5 ozAvena
30 ml / 1 ozSweet vermouth, Cinzano
1 barspoonVanilla syrup
1Grapefruit peel

Method

  1. Stir the Scotch, amaro, Avena, vermouth, and vanilla syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

About the Caustic Negroni
