Strawberry Mulled Wine

Made with wine, served in a irish coffee glass.

150 ml / 5 ozDry red wine
15 gStrawberry jam
2 gGround cinnamon
3 gClove
1Orange zest
1Lemon zest

Method

  1. Add strawberry jam to a pitcher.
  2. Pour in dry red wine.
  3. Add ground cinnamon, cloves, and citrus zests.
  4. Heat while stirring, but do not boil.
  5. Pour into an Irish coffee glass.
