Made with wine, rum and Aperol, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozAmaro Montenegro
35 ml / 1.25 ozDominican rum, Atlantico Reserva
20 ml / 0.75 ozAperol
20 ml / 0.75 ozOloroso sherry, Lustau
5 ml / 0.25 ozKummel, Combier

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir with ice until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
