Made with wine, liqueur and absinthe, served in a rocks glass.

35 ml / 1.17 ozAmaro Montenegro
15 ml / 0.5 ozCreme de mure
25 ml / 0.83 ozLime juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup
1 dashAbsinthe, Absente 55%
1blackberry, sugar dusted as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except absinthe with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  3. Add absinthe dash and garnish with sugar-dusted blackberry.

A sour-style cocktail with a wine base. The amaro and creme de mure give it herbal and berry flavors balanced by lime juice.
