Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Pour in 20 ml of red bitter and 100 ml of dry white wine.
- Add 50 ml of soda water and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with an orange zest piece.
About the Milan Spritz
