Negroni From the Bronx

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to the top.
2. In a mixing glass, add 15 ml Port wine, 40 ml dry red wine, 15 ml Drambuie, and 30 ml red bitter.
3. Add 3 dashes of peach bitters and 3 dashes of plum bitters.
4. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir with a cocktail spoon.
5. Strain into the rocks glass.
6. Garnish with an orange zest piece.
