Made with vodka, wine and Prosecco, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozDry white wine
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozProsecco
10 ml / 1/4 ozMaple syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
60 gKiwi
1 gMint
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle half a kiwi in a shaker.
  2. Add lime juice, maple syrup, and white wine.
  3. Add mint leaf and vanilla vodka, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Top with Prosecco.
