Boca Chica

Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a hurricane glass.

60 ml / 2 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozMelon liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozYellow banana syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
120 gGuava
30 gPineapple
1Pineapple leaves
30 gCoconut cream
5 gMaraschino cherry
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Blend coconut cream, guava, lime juice, syrups, liqueur and vodka with crushed ice.
  2. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple slice, leaves, cherry and umbrella.
