Oyster Shooter

Made with vodka, served in a shot glass.

200 ml / 6 3/4 ozHomemade pepper vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozTomato juice
30 gOyster
5 gLemon
5 gCapers
10 ml / 1/4 ozBalsamic glaze
10 ml / 1/4 ozTabasco sauce
1 gBlack pepper ground
1 gSalt
15 gHorseradish
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Mix lemon juice, tomato juice, balsamic glaze, Tabasco sauce, horseradish, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add vodka and stir well.
  3. Place an oyster in a shot glass.
  4. Pour the mixture over the oyster.
