Capri

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCitrus vodka
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozSchisandra syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
6 gTarragon
1Lemon zest
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place 6 g tarragon in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with 200 g crushed ice.
  3. Add 10 ml lime juice, 40 ml schisandra syrup, and 40 ml citrus vodka.
  4. Top with 100 ml soda water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Add a little more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with a piece of lemon zest and tarragon.

About the Capri

This long drink mixes citrus vodka with tart lime juice, sweet schisandra syrup, and soda water. It is flavored with tarragon and lemon zest.
