A Night In Tunisia

Made with vodka, vermouth and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
5 ml / 1/4 ozAbsinthe
20 ml / 3/4 ozRed vermouth
10 ml / 1/4 ozApricot liqueur
20 ml / 3/4 ozOrange juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozGrapefruit juice
1 gGround cinnamon
1Orange zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add grapefruit juice, orange juice, red vermouth, apricot liqueur, and vodka to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Add absinthe and set it on fire.
  5. Express orange zest and sprinkle ground cinnamon while the cocktail burns.
  6. Wait for the flame to extinguish before drinking.
