Maple Sour

Made with vodka, Angostura bitters and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozVodka
1 mlPeychaud's bitters
3 mlAngostura bitters
30 ml / 1 ozMaple syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
1Lemon zest
5 gMaraschino cherry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour vodka, maple syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Add Angostura and Peychaud's bitters.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest and maraschino cherry.
