The Vampire Diaries

Made with vodka, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozHomemade pepper vodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozStrawberry syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
50 gStrawberry
30 gChili pepper
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Muddle 2 strawberries in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add 10 ml lime juice and 15 ml strawberry syrup.
  4. Pour in 30 ml homemade pepper vodka and stir with a bar spoon.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with half a strawberry and a chili pepper.
