Baja Bocana

Made with vodka, triple sec and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozTriple sec
5 ml / 1/4 ozPeach liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozAgave syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
2 gSage
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place 3 sage leaves in a shaker.
  2. Add 10ml lime juice, 10ml agave syrup, 5ml peach liqueur, 15ml triple sec and 40ml vodka.
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a sage leaf.

About the Baja Bocana

A strong, citrus and herbal short drink cocktail based on vodka. The sage gives it an herbal character balanced by the lime and peach liqueur.
